Each Richardson 112 custom hat is complete with your custom-made patch.
Flat rate of $25.00 includes the hat, custom-created laser-engraved, **embroidered, or (coming soon) UV-printed patch application, and a proof before production.

**Custom embroidered patches will have an added digitizing fee**

Spot clean with mild detergent. Air dry only. Do not machine wash or dry clean.

Custom orders typically take 7-14 business days to produce. Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Q: What file formats do you accept for logos?

A: We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files. Vector formats preferred. If not provided in a vector format, production time can increase.

Q: Will my patch ever fall off?

A: We stitch every patch directly to the hat. Guaranteed to last as long as the hat itself!

Each hat and patch is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or patch issue, we’ll replace or redo it at no cost. Normal wear and tear isn’t covered, but quality issues always are.
